摘要
火灾和气体安全系统是石油化工现场重要的安全保护系统,属于安全仪表系统的一类。其功能有效性首先取决于现场探测器对初始危险事件的检测能力。ISA-TR84.00.07给出了探测器覆盖率的概念,用来量化定义系统对初始危险事件的检测能力,即在预设的探测器布局和表决要求下初始危险事件被检测到的概率。通过对探测器覆盖率的定量评估和优化,可以有效提高系统的安全绩效。
Fire and Gas safety System(FGS) is an important safety protection system in the field of petrochemical industry, as a branch of the Safety Instrument System(SIS). The functional effectiveness of FGS first depends on the ability of field detectors to detect initial hazardous events. ISA-TR84.00.07 gives the concept of detector coverage, which is used to quantify the detection capability of FGS for initial hazardous events under the preset detector layout and voting requirements. Through quantitative evaluation and optimization of detector coverage, the safety performance of FGS can be effectively improved.
