摘要 由于复杂机电系统在全过程预制化加工与安装时,BIM模型信息精度较低,导致机房模块整体无法预制化加工,在机电系统铺设面积为150.28m^(2)-350m^(2)的范围内存在拼装误差较大的问题,提出了复杂机电系统全过程预制化加工与安装方法。利用自动化、数字化机械加工技术与BIM技术,预制化加工多个构件单元,保管和运输构件半成品,通过正等轴ISO测图插件,生成机房模块各单元加工详图,根据拆分单元,预制加工机房模块构件,根据现场组装进度与BIM模拟施工要求,安装机房模块各单元。实验结果表明,设计的方法在机电系统铺设面积为150.28m^(2)-250m^(2)和250.28m^(2)-350m^(2)范围内的拼装误差较小。 Due to the low accuracy of the BIM model information during the prefabrication and installation of the complex electromechanical system in the whole process, the entire computer room module cannot be prefabricated. There is a problem of large assembly errors in the range of the electromechanical system laying area of 150.28 m^(2)-350 m^(2). It proposes the whole process prefabrication processing and installation method of complex electromechanical system. It uses automation, digital machining technology and BIM technology to prefabricates multiple component units, stores and transports component semi-finished products, generates detailed processing drawings of each unit of the computer room module through the isometric ISO mapping plug-in, and prefabricates processing according to the split units the module components of the computer room are installed according to the on-site assembly progress and BIM simulation construction requirements. The experimental results show that the designed method has smaller assembly errors in the range of the electromechanical system paving area of 150.28 m^(2)-250 m^(2)and 250.28 m^(2)-350 m^(2).
