摘要
近年来,随着研究生教育的快速发展,导师能力议题正成为学界关注的热点。文章采用文献研究法和可视化知识图谱,系统梳理了1997—2020年间发表的175篇中文核心期刊文献,对研究生导师能力的内涵与维度进行了归纳总结,厘清了研究生导师能力研究的3个演进趋势与4类研究热点主题。进而对研究生导师能力的影响因素、作用机制及效果等进行了深入剖析,在指出现有研究不足的同时探讨了未来研究方向。文章有助于国内学者从整体性视角拓深对研究生导师能力的探索,对现实中提升导师能力和研究生培养质量等也具有重要意义。
In recent years,with the rapid expansion of the graduate enrollment scale and the rapid development of graduate education,the issue of tutor ability has become a hot focus of academic attention.Using the literature research method and visual knowledge map,this paper systematically combs 175 Chinese core journals pub-lished from 1997 to 2020,to summarize the origin,connotation and dimensions of graduate tutor ability.Also,we have clarified the three evolution stages of graduate tutor ability research and refined four types of research hot topics.Then,an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors,mechanism and effect of graduate tutor ability has been done.Finally,it points out the deficiencies of existing research and discusses the future research direc-tion.This research is helpful for domestic scholars to explore the ability of graduate tutors from a holistic per-spective,and it is also of great significance to improve the tutor ability and the quality of graduate training in reality.
