氢气在骨关节疾病中的研究进展

摘要 氢气是一种无色、无味、具有还原性的极小分子气体,以往被认为是无生物活性的生理惰性气体,常被应用于潜水医学。近年来,越来越多的基础和临床研究均表明氢气具有选择性抗氧化、抗炎、抗凋亡作用,并且在糖尿病、脓毒症、动脉粥样硬化、高血压、癌症等多种疾病模型中有较好的治疗效果。近几年氢气在骨关节领域也受到了广泛关注。文章主要就氢气发挥治疗作用的可能机制及国内外对氢气在骨关节疾病的研究进行综述。 Objective Hydrogen(H;) is a colorless, odorless, and minimal molecule gas with reducibility. It was previously considered as a physiologically inert gas without biological activity and was often used in diving medicine. Recent studies have shown that H;has selectively antioxidative, anti-inflammatory, antiapoptotic effects, and has achieved great therapeutic outcomes in various disease models such as diabetes, sepsis, atherosclerosis, hypertension and cancer. H;has also received extensive attention in bone and joint disease. This article reviews the potential mechanism of H;as a therapeutic medical gas and the research progress of hydrogen in bone and joint diseases at home and abroad.
