基于数据挖掘的我国档案服务创新主题发现及演化研究

Research on the Theme Discovery and Evolution of Archives Service Innovation in China Based on Data Mining

大数据时代下我国关于档案服务创新的研究成果大量问世。本文基于数据挖掘技术进行我国档案服务创新相关文献的主题发现及演化研究。首先利用LDA模型抽取期刊数据主题及关键词,再采用Word2vec获取词向量并通过加权得到主题向量,进而计算主题相似度与重要度,最后以可视化方法构建主题共现图谱和主题演化图谱。研究结果表明:(1)近二十年部分产业依托信息化创新完善档案服务工作,政府部门依托人文与制度创新进行优化和改革。(2)我国关于档案服务创新的研究层次越来越丰富,学术科研开始得到重视,近二十年主要存在两条关键主题演化路径,分别是高校企业医院的档案服务信息化创新与国家档案部门的建设管理和文化创新。

In the era of big data,a large number of research achievements on archive service innovation have been published in China.Based on data mining technology,this paper studies the topic discovery and evolution of archives service innovation related literature in China.First,LDA model is used to extract topics and keywords from journal data,then Word2vec is used to obtain word vectors and get topic vectors by weighting,and then topic similarity and importance are calculated.Finally,visualization method is used to construct topic co-occurrence and topic evolution maps.The results show that:(1)in the past two decades,some industries have improved the archival service by relying on informationization innovation,and government departments have optimized and reformed by relying on humanistic and institutional innovation.(2)There are more and more research levels on the innovation of archives service in China,and academic research has begun to get more and more attention.In the past two decades,there are mainly two key theme evolution paths,namely,the informationization innovation of archives service in enterprise hospitals of universities and colleges,and the construction management and cultural innovation of national archives department.
