肠鸣音检测仪的临床应用与研究进展

胃肠道疾病临床多见且类型繁多,诊断上有一定难度。病人肠鸣音信息对疾病的诊断有重要意义,但其采集会受到生理性杂音和环境噪音的干扰。肠鸣音检测仪是一种集肠鸣音的收集、降噪、分析为一体的仪器。肠鸣音检测仪可用于多种肠道疾病的诊断与鉴别。该文对近年来肠鸣音检测仪的研究进展、临床应用进行综述,讨论其目前临床应用面临的困难与问题,并对未来肠鸣音检测仪的发展进行展望。

Gastrointestinal diseases are common in clinical practices.With numerous types,a definite diagnosis is often difficult.Bowel sound is of great diagnostic significance.However,its collection is frequently disturbed by physiological and environmental noises.As a kind of instrument of integrating collection,noise reduction and analysis of intestinal sound,bowel sound monitor may be applied in the diagnosis and differentiation of intestinal diseases.Clinical applications and research advances of bowel sound monitor in recent years were summarized.Also current problems and future perspectives of its clinical applications were discussed.
