A Summary of the Symposium on“Promoting the Role of Trade Unions under the Strategic Goal of Common Prosperity”

研讨会主要聚焦于准确把握共同富裕的科学内涵、共同富裕战略的路径选择以及推动共同富裕战略目标下的工会作为。与会者在探讨共同富裕战略科学内涵的基础上,建议将促进高质量发展、做大“蛋糕”,优化收入分配制度、分好“蛋糕”,建设好社会保障体系作为推进共同富裕的路径选择;并提出工会在推进共同富裕战略中的定位应是劳动者经济权益的维护者、劳动者民主权益的保障者、劳动者精神文化的引领者,工会应在打造高素质的劳动者队伍、构建和谐劳动关系等方面积极作为。

The seminar mainly focused on accurately grasping the scientific connotation of common prosperity,the path selection of common prosperity strategy and the role of trade unions in promoting the goal of common prosperity strategy.Based on the scientific connotation of the common prosperity strategy,the participants suggested promoting high-quality development and making the“cake”bigger,optimizing the income distribution system and sharing the“cake”,and building a good social security system as the path options for promoting common prosperity.They also proposed that the positioning of labor unions in the strategy of promoting common prosperity should be the defender of workers’economic rights and interests,the protector of workers’democratic rights and interests,and the leader of workers’spiritual culture.The trade unions should make efforts in building a high-quality workforce and constructing harmonious labor relations.
