在海上油气田生产平台对透平发电机的滑油冷却风机轴承的日常保养不充分时,可能会导致风机轴承长期处于不正常的运行环境中,出现振动和噪声加大现象。这种现象往往被认为是皮带老化导致的正常磨损,但实际上轴承可能已经损坏。现场经过分析检查,层层拆解冷却风机轴承各部件,系统地从运行流程上分析,找到了故障的根本原因并给出了处理措施,为海上油气田类似的故障解决提供了有效的技术手段。

Insufficient daily maintenance of oil cooling fan bearings of turbine generators by offshore oil and gas field production platforms may cause the fan bearings to remain in an abnormal operating environment for a long time,resulting in increased vibration and noise.This phenomenon is often regarded as normal wear caused by belt aging,but in fact the bearing may have been damaged.After analysis and inspection on site,the various components of the cooling fan bearing were disassembled layer by layer,and the system was analyzed from the operating process.The root cause of the failure was found and treatment measures were given,which provided effective technical means for solving similar failures in offshore oil and gas fields.
