摘要
电缆携带大功率电动坐封工具投送完井封隔器作业日益增多,而普通磁定位伽玛测井仪器无法满足坐封过程的大功率通电需要,造成了继电器触点烧毁的作业风险,文章以满足在单芯电缆前提下,通过增加电源电路、检测电路和单片机控制继电器切换的创新组合,满足了工作电流最大3.5A的作业需要,保证了校深和坐封作业一次安全和可靠完成。
The operation of delivering the completion packer with high-power electric setting tool carried by the cable is increasing day by day,while the ordinary magnetic positioning gamma logging tool can not meet the high-power energization needs in the setting process,resulting in the operation risk of relay contact burning.This paper aims to meet the innovative combination of adding power circuit,detection circuit and single chip microcomputer to control relay switching on the premise of single core cable,It meets the operation needs with the maximum working current of 3.5A,and ensures the safe and reliable completion of depth correction and setting operation at one time.
