摘要
石油钻采行业应用的井下工具大部分为圆柱形细长件,工具的拆装保养一般需要借助拆装架来完成。在现有拆装架的基础上,设计研发了一种可以控制扭矩与拉伸的拆装架,并对拆装架上牙板的钳齿进行了重新设计,在保证钳牙强度的情况下实现了无牙痕或微牙痕。
Most downhole tools used in petroleum drilling and production industry are cylindrical slender parts.The disassembly and maintenance of tools generally need to be completed with the help of disassembly frame.Based on the existing disassembly frame,this paper designs and develops a disassembly frame that can control torque and tension,and redesigns the tong teeth of the upper tooth plate of the disassembly frame,so as to realize no tooth mark or micro tooth mark under the condition of ensuring the strength of the tong teeth.
