摘要 THRUBIT井下张力在线监测系统设计包含井下张力测试短节和地面显示设备。张力测试短节串接在THRUBIT系统井下仪器串和电缆头之间,利用测井7芯测井电缆的一根空闲缆芯将信号传输至地面显示设备。由于地面对数据信息的更新速率要求不高,传输的速率为1200比特/秒(bps),传输的二进制数据信号利用8kHz、10kHz载波编解码,可有效地减小传输过程中的干扰。 THRUBIT online downhole tension monitoring system design includes a downhole tension test sub and a surface display device.The tension test sub is threaded between the THRUBIT system downhole instrument string and the cable head,and the signal is transmitted to the surface display device using a free cable core from the seven-core logging cable.Since the ground does not require high update rate of data information,the transmission rate is 1200 bit/s(BPS),and the transmitted binary data signals are encoded and decoded using 8kHZ and 10kHz carriers,which can effectively reduce the interference in the transmission process.
