临兴地区表层恶性井漏堵漏技术的研究与应用

摘要 鄂尔多斯盆地东缘的临兴地区表层井漏问题极为突出,主要集中在山顶和半山腰的井场,漏失机率高达52%,多为恶性井漏,反复堵漏,成效较差,严重制约了钻井提效和降低作业成本,出现部分井场因井漏引发下陷造成钻机紧急撤离的情况。常规堵漏工艺不能解决临兴地区表层高发的恶性井漏,通过对漏失机理和堵漏工艺的研究,确定了堵漏材料的配方和堵漏工艺措施,在113和2-33井台应用后效果良好。 The east edge of the ordos basin near the surface well leakage problem is very prominent,mainly focused on the top of the mountain and the hill,leakage probability as high as 52%,malignant well leakage,repeated plugging,poor results,seriously restricted the drilling efficiency and reduce the operation cost,part of the well leakage caused by drilling emergency evacuation.The conventional plugging process can not solve the high incidence of malignant well leakage in the surface of Longxing area.Through the study of leakage mechanism and plugging process,the formula of plugging material and plugging process measures were determined,which had a good effect after the application of well stations 113 and 2-33.
