摘要
中原油田东濮凹陷致密油在沙河街组普遍发育,埋深3250m~4250m,岩性为泥页岩夹薄砂,纵向呈“千层饼”式组合沉积,小层厚度小,厚度<2m的层占比75%。根据致密油储层纵向沉积特征,以提高纵向动用率、平面裂缝复杂程度为目标,形成了纵向穿层、平面扩缝、组合支撑的复杂缝压裂优化设计技术,明确了工艺参数。秉承体积压裂技术理念,研究应用结果表明在直井上能够形成相对复杂的裂缝系统,压后最高日产油10.6m3,较常规压裂效果显著。
The tight oil in Dongpu sag of Zhongyuan Oilfield is widely developed in Shahejie Formation.The tight oil in Dongpu Depression has a burial depth of 3250-4250m.The lithology is mud shale intermixed with thin sand,and the longitudinal sedimentary pattern is"thousand-layer cake"type.The thickness of small layers is small,and the thickness of layers<2m accounts for 75%.According to the vertical deposition characteristics of tight oil reservoir,the optimization design technology of complex fracture fracturing,including vertical penetration,plane expansion and combined support,was formed to improve the vertical production rate and plane fracture complexity,and the process parameters were defined.Based on the concept of volumetric fracturing technology,research and application results show that relatively complex fracture systems can be formed in vertical Wells,with the highest daily production of 10.6m3 after fracturing,which is significantly more effective than conventional fracturing.
