基于异常工况的智能预警系统在海上气田的应用

摘要 针对海上油气生产控制系统中预警功能的滞后性,创新开发一种基于异常工况的智能预警系统。该系统通过对基础参数整合获得表征异常工况的特征参数,当异常工况发生时,特征参数将偏离正常波动区间,通过实时比对在特定时间跨度前后的特征参数值,即可在第一时间判定异常工况的发生,进而发出预警。通过特征参数提取的原理,还可生成代表不同生产指标的监测变量,将系统及设备的运行状态进行实时分析与宏观诊断,大幅提升系统控制的智能化程度。 Considering the lag of traditional alarm system of oil and natural gas production system,developed an intelligent pre-alarm system based on abnormal conditions.For the system,exact typical parameter that can represent abnormal condition from fundamental parameters,when abnormal condition occurs,the typical parameters fluctuated exceed normal range.Contrast of the parameter with the parameter before the special time interval in real time,we can determine if abnormal condition occurs at initial time.Under the mechanism,operator can lock the abnormal condition accurately.In the principle of exacting typical parameter of abnormal condition,we also can exact all any typical parameter that can represent other indicator to structure comprehensive monitoring system that cover all process and equipment.Through the monitoring system,we can analysis and diagnose if the system works efficiently on line to down the workload,and enhance the intelligence and automation of production system.
