摘要
大型常压储罐在制作和使用过程中会发生变形,垂直度是监测变形的重要指标之一。分析了垂直度超标出现的原因,给出了垂直度监控方案,有助于使用单位掌握储罐垂直度变化情况,为后续全面检验和安全评定提供详实的数据。
The deformation occurs during manufacturing and use of large atmospheric storage tanks.Verticality is one of the important indexes for monitoring deformation.The reasons why the verticality exceed standard are analyzed in this paper,and a verticality monitoring measures is given.It is helpful for the user to master the change of tank verticality,and to provide detailed data for overall inspection and safety assessment.
