渤海某油田气浮选器调试分析

摘要 为优化气浮选器除油能力,降低出口污水含油量,通过控制变量法,对紧凑式气浮选器的多项影响因素进行探索试验。试验结果表明,在稳定上游流程来液的情况下,控制紧凑式气浮选器操作压力为200kPa,静态混合器混入气量5m3/h,气液混合泵出口混合器混入气量13m3/h,气液混合泵出口阀开30%,并根据实际运行工况把控运行液位,保证良好的持续收油,可将紧凑式气浮选器出口污水含油控制15×10-6以内。 In order to optimize the oil removal capacity of gas flotation and reduce the oil content of export sewage,several influencing factors of compact gas flotator were explored by means of control variable method.Test results show that under the condition of the upstream process to stable liquid,compact control air flotation device operating pressure is 200 kpa,static mixer with volume 5 m3/h,gas-liquid mixing pump discharge gas mixer with 13 m3/h,gas-liquid mixing pump outlet valve open 30%,and according to actual operation condition to control liquid level operation,ensure good for receiving.The oil content in the export sewage of compact gas flotator can be controlled within 15 ppm.
