综述了豆渣的营养价值、功能成分提取以及综合利用现状,旨在为推进豆渣深度开发与资源化利用提供借鉴。
This article reviews the nutritional value,functional ingredient extraction of bean dregs,as well as the current situation of comprehensive utilization,aiming to provide reference for promoting the in-depth development and resource utilization of bean dregs.
