三重四极杆气质联用仪检测食用植物油中邻苯二甲酸酯方法探索 被引量:4

摘要 本试验研究了使用三重四级杆气质联用仪检测分析食用植物油中16种塑化剂含量的方法。食用植物油经溶剂提取并经凝胶色谱处理后直接进样分析。结果表明:食用植物油中16种塑化剂的标准曲线线性良好,相关系数R^(2)均大于0.99;检出限均在0.004~0.010 mg/kg;这16种塑化剂高、中、低含量分别为2 mg/kg、1 mg/kg、0.2 mg/kg的加标回收率均在69.5%~115%;重复性RSD值均满足方法验证重现性的要求。该方法是一种快速、准确、可靠的检测方法。 Determinethe phthalate acid esters in edible oils with Pre-treatment of solvent and GPC by GC-MSMS in this research.The results showed the relative abundance of phthalate acid esters were a good linearity,R^(2) was more than 0.99.The average recoveries of phthalate acid esters within the range of 69.5%~115%,the reproducible RSD of phthalate acid esters was also good and the LODs of phthalate acid esters within the range of 0.004~0.010 mg/kg.This method was rapid,accurate and good reproducible,which was suit to determine the content of phthalate acid esters in edible oils.
