优化膈肌定位准确性提高磁共振无对比剂冠脉成像图像质量的应用效果 被引量:2

Application Effect of Optimizing the Accuracy of Diaphragm Positioning to Improve the Image Quality of Contrast-Free MR Coronary Imaging

摘要 目的通过优化膈肌定位的准确性提高磁共振无对比剂冠状动脉成像图像质量。方法选取2020年11月至2021年5月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院心血管影像中心行磁共振无对比剂冠脉检查的42例患者为研究对象,分别采用有、无膈肌追踪定位序列进行膈肌定位扫描,比较两种方法成像时的总扫描时间、膈肌导航效率、呼吸运动伪影情况、冠脉主要分支的显示情况的差异。结果在其他参数相同的情况下,有膈肌追踪定位序列组较无膈肌追踪定位序列组的膈肌定位准确性及膈肌导航效率显著提高(P<0.05),有膈肌追踪定位序列组的图像质量平均评分是无膈肌追踪定位序列组的4.6倍(P<0.05)。结论冠脉成像中加扫膈肌追踪定位序列,能够准确、快速地找到膈肌位置进行定位,提高定位效率及膈肌导航效率,缩短整体成像时间,有利于提高磁共振无对比剂冠脉成像的图像质量。 Objective To improve the image quality of contrast-free MR coronary imaging by optimizing the accuracy of the diaphragm positioning.Methods A total of 42 patients who underwent MRI coronary artery examination without contrast agent in the cardiovascular imaging center of the second affiliated hospital of Harbin medical university from November 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.Diaphragmatic localization scanning was performed with and without diaphragmatic tracking and localization sequences.The total scanning time,diaphragmatic navigation efficiency,respiratory motion artifacts and the display of main branches of coronary artery were compared between the two methods.Results Under the same conditions,the accuracy of diaphragm positioning and the efficiency of diaphragm navigation in the group with diaphragm tracking and positioning sequence were significantly higher than those in the group without diaphragm tracking and positioning sequence(P<0.05),and the average score for the image quality of the group with diaphragm tracking and positioning sequence was 4.6 times higher than that of the group without diaphragm tracking and positioning sequence(P<0.05).Conclusion The diaphragm tracking and positioning sequence in coronary imaging can accurately and quickly find the position of diaphragm,improve the navigation efficiency of diaphragm,shorten the overall imaging time,and improve the image quality of contrast-free MR coronary imaging.
