进口与国产MRI设备部件调查研究 被引量:3

Investigation on Components of Domestic and Imported MRI Equipment

摘要 目的分析并比较进口和国产磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)设备的部件,为我国MRI设备发展提供参考和建议。方法获取9个生产厂家、2种场强、14个型号的MRI设备主要部件信息,比较进口和国产MRI设备的性能参数、功能配置和国产化率。结果性能参数方面,国产和进口MRI几乎处于同一水平;功能配置方面,国产MRI仅能实现基础功能,进口设备则提供了更高配置;在国产化率方面,进口和国产1.5 T MRI设备部件的国产化率分别为73.08%和47.69%,差异显著(χ^(2)=7.694,P=0.006),而进口和国产3.0 T MRI设备部件的国产化率分别为73.08%和53.85%,差异不显著(χ^(2)=1.016,P=0.314)。结论进口与国产MRI在主要部件的性能参数上表现相当,但国产MRI设备在主要部件的研发能力和高级功能的配置方面与进口MRI设备仍有差距。 Objective To provide references for the developing of MRI equipment in China by analyzing and comparing the components of domestic and imported MRI equipment.Methods The main component information of MRI equipment from nine manufacturers,two kinds of field intensity and 14 types was obtained,and the performance parameters,functional configurations,and localization rates between the domestic and imported MRI equipment were compared.Results In terms of performance parameters,the domestic and imported MRI equipment were almost at the same level.In terms of functional configuration,the domestic MRI equipment only realized the basic function,while the imported equipment provided higher functional configurations.For the components of MRI equipment with 1.5 T,the localization rates of the imported and domestic equipment were 73.08%and 47.69%respectively,with significant difference(χ^(2)=7.694,P=0.006).However,for the components of MRI equipment with 3.0 T,the localization rates of the imported and domestic equipment were 73.08%and 53.85%respectively,with no significant difference(χ^(2)=1.016,P=0.314).Conclusion The imported and domestic MRI have similar performance in the performance parameters of main components.However,there is still a gap between domestic and imported MRI equipment in the research and development ability of main components and the configuration of advanced functions.
