摘要
本文详细分析了飞利浦128排Brilliance iCT在使用过程中发生的焦点控制单元故障和重建计算机故障,并提出了具体的解决方法,为同行提供参考。结合维修手册及以往经验,采取自主维修的方法解决故障。通过科学有效的方法排查焦点控制单元本身及各路连接,确定是其接口问题,排查重建计算机系统,确定是计算机的显卡故障,最终以最小的成本解决上述两个故障。作为临床工程师,需要熟练掌握设备工作原理及结构,敢于实践并及时总结维修经验,兼顾效率与成本,全力保障设备的稳定运行。
This paper analyzed the failures of focus control unit and reconstruction computer in the use of Philips 128-row Brilliance iCT,and put forward the specific solutions,which provided reference for peers.Based on the maintenance manual and previous experience,self-maintenance method was adopted to solve the failure.Through the scientific and effective method to check the focus control unit itself and all the connections,the interface problem was determined.Then through the investigation of the computer of image reconstruction system to determine the failure of computer’s graphics card.The above two failures were solved with the minimum cost.As a clinical engineer,it is necessary to master the working principle and structure of the equipment,dare to practice and summarize the maintenance experience in time,give consideration to efficiency and cost,and make every effort to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
