外泌体在上皮性卵巢癌中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 上皮性卵巢癌是女性生殖系统常见的恶性肿瘤,由于其早期难以发现,多数患者明确诊断时已为晚期,且容易产生化疗耐药,导致患者预后较差。外泌体可由各种细胞分泌,广泛存在于体液中,并且具有特异的生物标志物,已有大量研究表明外泌体在上皮性卵巢癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用,因此,研究外泌体在上皮性卵巢癌早期发展、增殖转移、化疗耐药中的作用机制具有重大意义。该文就外泌体在上皮性卵巢癌诊疗中的研究进展作一综述,旨在为今后上皮性卵巢癌早诊断和特异性治疗靶点的开发提供线索。 Epithelial ovarian cancer is a common malignant tumor of the female reproductive system,because it is difficult to detect in the early stage,most patients are diagnosed in the advanced stage,and is prone to chemotherapy resistance,resulting in a poor prognosis.Exosomes can be secreted by various cells,widely exist in body fluids,and have specific biomarkers.A large number of studies have shown that exosomes play an important role in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the mechanism of exosomes in the early development,proliferation,metastasis and chemotherapy resistance of epithelial ovarian cancer.This article reviews the research progress of exosomes in the diagnosis and treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer,to provide clues for early diagnosis and development of specific therapeutic targets for epithelial ovarian cancer in the future.
