生活垃圾焚烧发电厂锅炉燃烧器相关系统技术改造探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为了达到国家法规对炉膛温度必需满足850℃/2s指标的要求,需要对炉膛内各层温度测点标高和锅炉燃烧器能力进行改造。通过对已投运垃圾焚烧电厂炉膛温度测点的标高进行了调研,分析了需要改造的项目垃圾焚烧炉和燃烧器的基本技术数据,确定了改造后的燃烧器热负荷替代率,对新增辅助燃烧器的类型和安装位置进行了选择,并分析确定对新增辅助燃烧器火焰长度的要求。在技改完成后对燃烧器相关系统的改造进行了效果验证。 In order to meet the requirements of national regulations that the furnace temperature must meet the 850 ℃/2 s index, the elevation of temperature measuring points in each layer of the furnace and the capacity of boiler burner need to be reformed. Based on the investigation of the elevation of the furnace temperature measuring points of the waste incineration power plants that has been under operation, analyzes the basic technical data of the waste incinerator and burner of the plant that needs to be upgraded, determines the heat load substitution rate of the burner after upgrading,selects the type and installation position of the new added auxiliary burner, analyzes and determines the requirements for the flame length of the new added auxiliary burner. The effect of the burner upgrading system is verified after completion.
