薄层抗滑磨耗层在水泥混凝土桥面铺装中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 基于室内试验开展UTPA-10砂粒式多孔沥青混合料和防水黏结层设计,研究多种环境条件下UTPA-10桥面铺装复合结构的高温稳定性、水稳定性、层间抗疲劳性能和抗反射裂缝性能等路用性能。结合试验段跟踪观测数据,评价实际使用环境下UTPA-10桥面铺装复合结构的服役性能。研究结果表明:UTPA-10桥面铺装复合结构具有良好的高温稳定性,橡胶沥青防水黏结层在浸水、冻融等环境条件下的黏结强度和抗剪切疲劳性能均优于SBS改性沥青防水黏结层和乳化沥青防水黏结层;UTPA-10桥面铺装试验段开通运营2年后,路况尤其是抗滑性能优于相邻路段。 The UTPA-10 sand grains type porous asphalt mixture and waterproofing bonding layer are designed based on the laboratory tests,and the performance of UTPA-10 bridge deck pavement structure under different environmental conditions is studied,such as high-temperature stability,water stability,interlayer fatigue resistance and anti-reflection cracking performance.Meanwhile,the practical service performance of UTPA-10 bridge deck pavement structure is evaluated through field test on the test section.The results show that:UTPA-10bridge deck pavement structure has good high-temperature stability,the bonding strength and shear fatigue resistance of rubber asphalt waterproofing bonding layer in the immersion and freeze-thaw environmental conditions are better than SBS modified asphalt and emulsified asphalt waterproofing binder layer;after two years’service,the road conditions of UTPA-10bridge deck pavement test section are better than the adjacent road sections,especially the anti-slip performance.
