高质量发展背景下交旅融合优度的评价研究 被引量:4

Research on the Evaluation of the Integration Superiority of Transportation and Tourism under the Background of High Quality Development

摘要 对交旅融合进行定义和内涵分析,构建交旅融合体系。以武汉城市圈为例,结合实际情况,建立交旅融合评价体系,采用Entropy-Topsis模型对9个地区交旅融合优度进行评估。研究表明:武汉城市圈交通旅游协调度较高,但竞争力差异显著;具备优先发展地理条件和资源配置地区的交通运输早期已发展较为完善,对旅游的贡献力度更大,交旅融合竞争力更强;交通的快速发展破除了马太效应的荫蔽作用,天门、潜江、仙桃等地通过运游结合打造田园特色增加了综合发展潜能。因地制宜提出建设特色路网产品、创新“高铁/飞机+旅游+互联网”模式、打造功能性旅游品牌以及开通交通、旅游信息资源共享综合数据平台的对策建议。 The definition and connotation of the integration of transportation and tourism are analyzed to construct the integration system of transportation and tourism.Taking the Wuhan Metropolitan Area as an example,the evaluation system of the integration of transportation and tourism is established,and the superiority of the integration of transportation and tourism in nine regions are evaluated by Entropy TOPSIS model.The results show that:the coordination degree of transportation and tourism in Wuhan Metropolitan Area is relatively high,but the difference in competitiveness is significant;the transportation in areas with priority development geographical conditions and resource allocation has developed relatively well in the early stage,which contributes more to tourism,and the competitiveness of transportation and tourism integration is stronger;the rapid development of transportation has broken the shadow effect of the Matthew effect,Tianmen,Qianjiang,Xiantao and other places have increased the potential for comprehensive development through the combination of transportation and tourism to create pastoral characteristics.According to local conditions,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for building characteristic road network products,innovating the“high-speed rail/aircraft+tourism+Internet”model,building a functional tourism brand,and opening a comprehensive data platform for transportation and tourism information resource sharing.
