基于修正引力模型的陇南市区域经济联系研究 被引量:4

摘要 陇南市作为陇东南区域经济、文化、商贸中心,是联结“丝绸之路经济带”与“长江经济带”战略新通道兰渝铁路经济带上的重要交通枢纽和节点城市。为了陇南市主动承接四大经济圈的辐射带动作用和甘肃省实现多级突破和向南开放提供理论研究,选取陇南周边24个城市作为研究区域,使用修正后的引力模型和断裂点模型,探讨高速公路、普速铁路、高速铁路综合交通方式影响下区域经济联系格局。得出结论:广元、成都、重庆对陇南市的吸引力最强,无论是引力模型方面还是断裂点模型方面,与陇南经济联系最紧密的是四川省。因此陇南市的首要发展方向是南方,首先应借助兰渝铁路开通带来的契机,积极参与共建南向通道;其次将兰州-重庆作为发展主轴,成都-西安作为发展次轴,向南开拓,向东前进,充分利用周边现有资源,深度融合发展,提高经济实力;再次陇东南地区应深度融合,确保要素资源顺畅流动和优化配置;同时完善区域内交通基础设施,推进武九高速、康望高速、天陇铁路的建设,确保南向通道货运班列常态化运行。 As the economic, cultural and commercial center of Southeast Gansu, Longnan City is an important transportation hub and node city in the Lanzhou-Chongqing railway economic belt, which is a new strategic channel connecting the “Silk Road Economic Belt” and the “Yangtze River Economic Belt”. In order to take the initiative of Longnan City to undertake the radiation of the four economic circles and provide theoretical research for Gansu Province to achieve multi-level breakthrough and open to the south, in this paper 24 cities around Longnan are selected as the research area, and the modified gravity model and fracture point model are used to explore the regional economic connection pattern under the influence of comprehensive transportation modes of expressway, ordinary railway and high-speed railway. It is concluded that Guangyuan, Chengdu and Chongqing are the most attractive to Longnan City, and Sichuan Province has the closest relationship with Longnan economy in terms of gravity model and fracture point model. Therefore, the primary development direction of Longnan City is the south. Firstly, it should take advantage of the opportunity brought by the opening of Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway to actively participate in the construction of the southward channel;secondly, it should take Lanzhou-Chongqing as the main development axis, Chengdu-Xi’an as the secondary development axis, develop southward and move eastward, make full use of the existing resources around, deeply integrate and develop, and improve the economic strength;thirdly, the Southeastern Gansu areas should be deeply integrated to ensure the smooth flow and optimal allocation of element resources;at the same time, the regional transportation infrastructure should be improved, such as promote the construction of Wudu-Jiuzhaigou Expressway, Kangxian-Wangguan Expressway and Tianshui-Longnan Railway, so as to ensure the normal operation of freight trains in the southward corridors.
