摘要
高吸水树脂(SAP)的自身性质是影响其内养护效果的关键因素之一。通过低场核磁共振和内部相对湿度测试等方法,对比分析了两种不同粒径的SAP在砂浆中的吸释水速率及其对砂浆减缩效果和抗压强度发展的影响。结果表明,SAP能显著减小砂浆自收缩,且该研究中所用的小粒径SAP在砂浆中吸释水速率较快,减缩效果更好。尽管SAP释水留下的孔洞会降低砂浆的抗压强度,但随着养护龄期增加,含有SAP的砂浆抗压强度增长率更高。
The nature of super absorbent polymer(SAP)is one of the key factors affecting its internal curing effect.The water absorption and release of two kinds of SAP with different particle sizes in mortar and their effects on shrinkage reduction and compressive strength development of mortar are analyzed by using low field nuclear magnetic resonance and internal relative humidity test.The results showed that SAP can significantly reduce the autogenous shrinkage of mortar,and the SAP with small particle used in this study has a faster water absorption and release in mortar and better shrinkage reduction effect.Although the voids caused by SAP will reduce the compressive strength,as the curing age increases,the growth rate of the compressive strength of the mortar containing SAP is higher.
