“线上线下混合式主题化系列化研修活动”研究与实践--以“幼儿园大班课程与资源建设”主题教研为例 被引量:1

摘要 “线上线下混合式研修活动”是面对面教研活动与在线教研活动的结合,它是混合学习模式在教研活动中的应用。“线上线下混合式主题化系列化研修活动”主要由三个阶段、八项基本任务构成,“三个阶段”指的是研修准备阶段、研修实施阶段和研修反思阶段,“八项基本任务”包括诊断教学问题、制定研修方案、研发案例资源、布置研修任务、线下组内研修、线上集体研修、研修效果反思和研修资料整理。“线上线下混合式主题化系列化研修活动”较好地满足“互联网+”与疫情防控背景下学前教育实践研究的需要,是持续促进教师的教学行为改进和专业发展的有效教研方式。 “Online and offline hybrid research activities”is a combination of face-to-face teaching and research activities and online teaching and research activities,which is the application of the hybrid learning model in teaching and research activities.“Online and offline hybrid theme-based series of research activities”consists of three stages and eight basic tasks.“Three stages”refer to the preparation stage,the implementation stage and the reflection stage.“Eight basic tasks”include diagnosing teaching problems,formulating training plans,developing case resources,arranging training tasks,offline group training,online group training,reflecting on training effects and organizing training materials.“Online and offline hybrid theme-based series of training activities”can better meet needs of practical research on preschool education in the context of“Internet+”and epidemic prevention and control.It is an effective way to promote teachers'teaching behavior and professional development continuously.
