一种全面可控的机电系统离散量处理模块设计

摘要 在我国航空武器装备对机载产品技术全面可控的需求背景下,本文设计了一种基于全国产硬件平台的机电系统离散量处理模块。根据设备的功能需求和逻辑控制要求构建了基于翔腾HKSP6101处理器的系统框架,详细阐述了系统电路原理设计、通道逻辑控制策略和关键元器件选型,实现了160路地/开离散量的输入与输出、输出回绕采集和快速接口BIT检测的功能。该模块满足航空电子装备的工程要求,提高了离散量处理的技术可控程度,在航空装备产品研制过程中营造了技术产品完全可控的设计应用环境。 Under the background of the demand of China's aviation weapons and equipment for comprehensive controllability,a discrete processing module of electromechanical system based on the local hardware platform is developed.According to the functional and logical control requirements of the equipment,this paper proposes a system framework based on XiangTeng HKSP6101 processor,and describes the system circuit principle,channel logical control strategy and key component selection in detail so as to realize the acquisition of 160 channel GND/OPEN discrete signals,output winding acquisition and fast interface BIT detection.The module meets the engineering requirements of avionics equipment,improves the controllability of discrete processing technology,and in the development process of aviation equipment products,a completely controllable design and application environment for technical products is created.
