“双一流”建设背景下的工科研究生教育探索 被引量:1

摘要 随着更多的高校积极参与到“双一流”建设之中,研究生培养质量成为各学校关注的重点。如何提升高校研究生的学术水平以适应“双一流”学科建设的高水平要求,成为目前亟须解决的关键问题。文章分析了高校争创“双一流”过程中研究生培养方面存在的问题,从增强自信心、明确学习目标和发展规划、培养主动学习能力、消除负面情绪以及加强社会责任感等方面探索了创新高校研究生科研和学习思维模式的积极意义,从科研知识和科研技能的有效传递、科研仪器共享平台的建设、科研学术氛围的营造以及实验室的安全管理等方面探索了改善研究生科研工作环境的必要性,并针对研究生导师培养给出了一些建议,旨在在研究生、导师及学校的共同努力下,努力提高研究生的培养水平,早日建成“双一流”高校。 With more colleges and universities actively participating in the construction of“double first-class”,the cultivation of the quality of graduate students has drawn more attention. How to improve the academic level of graduate students to meet the high-level requirements of“first-class disciplines”has become a key problem to be solved urgently. This paper analyzes the problems existing in postgraduate training in the process of striving for“double first-class”in colleges and universities, explores the positive significance of changing graduate students’ mode of scientific research and learning from the aspects of enhancing graduate students’ self-confidence, clarifying learning goals and development plans, cultivating active learning ability, eliminating negative emotions, and strengthening graduate students’ sense of social responsibility, explores the necessity of improving the environment of research work for graduate students from the aspects of the effective transfer of scientific research knowledge and research skills, the construction of a sharing platform for scientific research instruments, the creation of an academic atmosphere for scientific research, and the safety management of laboratories, and also gives some suggestions on the cultivation of postgraduate supervisors. With the joint efforts of graduate students, supervisors,and the university, we strive to improve the level of postgraduate training and achieve the successful transformation of“double first-class”.
