在法学院和电影学院之间——试论法学院建设电影学院的正当性

Between Law School and Film School:On the Legitimacy of Building a Film School in a Law School

2014年,上海政法学院率先在国内举办了首个本科纪录片专业,上海政法学院也成为国内首个自主开设电影专业的法律院校。随后,上海政法学院还同步、率先成立了国内高校首个纪录片学院,由此开创了在法学院开办电影学院的先河。不仅如此,自2016年起,上海政法学院还在原有纪录片学院的基础上,进一步升格成立上海纪录片学院,决心瞄定有关方向、相关领域,打造学校的特色专业、特色学科、特色学院。文章拟从学理上对法学院建设电影学院的正当性试做一番论证,旨在为高校特别是法律院校共同探索相关教育改革、推进事业共同进步提供参考。

In 2014, Shanghai University of Political Science and Law took the lead in opening the first undergraduate documentary major in China, and became the first law school in China to independently offer a film major in a law school. Subsequently, the university also took the lead in establishing the first documentary school in China. As a result, it also created the first case in China, the first of which was the establishment of a film school in a law school. Not only that, in 2016, the university further established the Shanghai Documentary Academy on the basis of the original documentary school. It is determined to target relevant directions and make relevant fields into the university’s characteristic majors, characteristic disciplines, and characteristic academies. In this regard,this paper intends to demonstrate the legitimacy of building a film school in a law school from a theoretical point of view, so as to provide reference for colleges and universities, especially law schools, to jointly explore relevant education reforms and promote common progress in their careers.
