基于易班平台提升高校资助育人质量的思考——以宁夏大学为例

Research on Improving the Quality of Education through Financial Assistance in Colleges and Universities Based on the Yiban Platform:A Case Study of Ningxia University

立德树人是教育的根本任务,高校的一切工作都应以育人为中心,资助育人也是重要的育人环节,对提高人才培养质量发挥着不可替代的作用。新时代高校资助育人工作面临如何提升资助育人质量的严峻挑战,各高校都在积极探索以更好的方式开展资助育人工作。文章以高校资助育人工作为研究主体,从资助和育人两方面出发,不断完善制度机制,搭建工作平台,创新工作方法,探索利用易班平台开展资助育人模式,不断提升资助育人质量,以落实立德树人根本任务的时代需求,从而更好地培养德智体美劳全面发展的大学生。

It is the fundamental task of education to enhance morality and foster talents.All the work of colleges and universities should focus on educating people,and education through financial assistance is also an important link of education,which plays an irreplaceable role in improving the quality of talent training.In the new era,facing the severe challenge of how to improve the quality of education through financial assistance,colleges and universities are actively exploring ways to carry out education through financial assistance in a better way.This paper takes the work of education through financial assistance as the research object,starting from the two aspects of financial assistance and education,continuously improving the system and mechanism,building working platforms,innovating working methods,exploring the use of the Yiban platform to carry out education through financial assistance,and continuously improving the quality of education through financial assistance,in order to meet the contemporary need of the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents,so as to better cultivate college students with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and labor.
