Research on the“Three-in-One”Collaborative Education System of College Students’ Labor Practice

劳动实践教育是中国特色社会主义制度的重要内容,是大学生德智体美劳全面培养教育体系的重要组成部分。当前大学生劳动实践教育存在在学校中被弱化、在家庭中被软化、在社会中被淡化的问题,因此有效推动大学生劳动实践教育,应统筹利用家庭、学校、社会各方资源,发挥家庭在劳动教育中的基础作用、学校在劳动教育中的主导作用、社会在劳动教育中的支持作用,构建家庭、学校、社会“三位一体”的协同育人格局,使各单位、各部门、各方面各司其职、各守其位、各担其责,形成工作合力,推动劳动教育实现内涵式发展。

Labor practice education is an important part of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and an important part of the all-round development of college students’ morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics,and labor. At present, the labor practice education of college students is weakened in school, softened in family,and weakened in society. Therefore, to effectively promote the labor practice education of college students, we should make overall use of the resources of family, school and society, and build a“three-in-one”collaborative education pattern of family, school, and society by giving play to the basic role of family, the leading role of school, and the supporting role of society in labor education, so that all units, departments and all aspects perform their duties, keep their positions and assume their responsibilities, forming a joint working force to promote the connotative development of labor education.
