摘要
劳动教育课程化,即以课程的形式规划劳动教育的学习内容和进程,是劳动教育纳入人才培养全过程的必由路径。实现劳动教育的课程化,关键在于构建劳动教育的课程框架,其中最重要的工作包括四个方面:基于德智体美劳“五育”的内在关系来确定劳动教育的价值目标;基于对“好的劳动”的把握来选择组织劳动教育的学习经验;基于对活动目标、结构、自主程度的分析来设计劳动教育的活动方式;基于对教育目标的细化来开发劳动教育的评价指标。
The curriculum-based labor education, referring to planning the learning content and process of labor education in the form of courses, is the only way for labor education to be incorporated into the whole process of talent training. The key to the realization of curriculum-based labor education is to construct the curriculum framework of labor education. In this process, the most important work includes the following four aspects: to determine the value goal of labor education based on the internal relationship among moral education, intellectual education, physical education, aesthetic education, and labor education;to choose and organize the learning experience of labor education based on the grasp of“good labor”;to design the activity methods of labor education based on the analysis of the goals, structure, degree of autonomy and effectiveness of activities;to develop evaluation indicators of labor education based on the refinement of educational goals.
