高职师范院校轨道交通专业人才能力素质培养体系改革与实践

摘要 为适应国家和地方职业教育发展需求,落实新时代职业教育改革发展和教师队伍建设,吉林工程技术师范学院轨道交通信号与控制专业确立了职教能力与实践能力相结合的“双师型”专业教师培养目标,并结合专业认证要求,紧紧围绕“一践行、三学会”的认证标准确定毕业要求,进行了系统性、科学性的教育培养体系改革与实践。通过课程改革,该专业探索“全过程、融合式、职业化”的人才能力素质培养路径,不断完善教育培养体系,以期为提升高职师范院校轨道交通信号与控制专业的人才培养质量贡献力量。 In order to meet the development needs of national and local vocational education, implement the reform and development of vocational education and the construction of teaching staff in the new era, the rail transit signal and control major of Jilin Engineering Normal University has established a training goal of“dualqualification”professional teachers that combines vocational education ability and practical ability. Combined with the requirements of professional certification, the graduation requirements are established closely around the certification standards of“one practice and three abilities”, and a systematic and scientific education and training system reform and practice has been carried out. Through the curriculum reform, the path of ability and quality training based on“whole process, integration, and professionalization”is explored, and the education and training system is continuously improved, in order to make a contribution to the improvement of talent training quality for the rail transit signal and control major in higher vocational normal colleges.
