V形支撑连续梁桥0#块有限元分析及施工控制 被引量:1

摘要 依托桂林龙门大桥新建工程项目,利用Midas/FEA建立0#块实体有限元模型,以Midas/Civil梁单元模型分析得到的各施工阶段0#块实体两侧截面内力为基础,基于圣维南原理对关键施工阶段进行实体有限元分析。通过0#块的应力监测数据,与有限元分析结果对比发现,实测值与理论值较为符合,保证了0#块在整个施工过程中的安全可靠。同时,通过0#块结构的应力分析和变形分析,得到带腹拱V形支撑0#块的受力特性,供设计及施工人员参考。 Relying on the new construction project of Longmen Bridge in Guilin,the 0#block solid finite element model is established by MIDAS/FEA.Based on the section internal forces on both sides of the 0#block solid in each construction stage obtained by MIDAS/civil beam element model analysis,the solid finite element analysis of key construction stages is carried out based on Saint Venant principle.By comparing the stress monitoring data of 0#block with the finite element analysis results,it is found that the measured value is in good agreement with the theoretical value,which ensures the safety and reliability of 0#block in the whole construction process.At the same time,through the stress analysis and deformation analysis of 0#block structure,the stress characteristics of V-shaped support 0#block with web arch are obtained,which can be used as a reference for designers and constructors.
