摘要
通过温度场数值分析研究了冷媒温度对联络通道冻结效果的影响。分析结果显示:实测与数值模拟得出的温度曲线走向相同,降温速率相近,数值模拟具有较高的可信性;使用新型冷媒冻结时,各侧冻结壁厚度达到设计要求的时间较使用传统冷媒冻结时缩短了3~20 d,平均温度达到设计要求的时间较使用传统冷媒冻结时缩短了5~13 d。
Through the numerical analysis of temperature field,the influence of refrigerant temperature on the freezing effect of cross passage is studied.The results show that the measured temperature curve and the numerical simulation curve have the same trend,and the cooling rate is similar,and the numerical simulation has high credibility.When the new type refrigerant is used for freezing,the time for the thickness of freezing wall on each side to meet the design requirements is 3~20 days shorter than that when the traditional refrigerant is used for freezing,and the time for the average temperature to meet the design requirements is 5~13 days shorter than that when the traditional refrigerant is used for freezing.
