补肾活血方对多囊卵巢综合征促排卵患者Phoenixin-14、LH、E_(2)水平及卵泡发育的影响

摘要 目的探讨补肾活血方对多囊卵巢综合征促排卵患者Phoenixin-14、LH、E_(2)及卵泡发育的影响。方法将2018年6月至2020年9月在浙江省中西医结合医院中医妇科就诊的年龄在25~40岁、符合纳入标准的60例促排卵患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例,观察两组治疗前后Phoenixin-14、LH、E_(2)水平及卵泡发育情况。结果对照组月经第3天LH治疗前为(7.68±1.09)mIU/ml,高于治疗后(7.35±0.95)mIU/ml,治疗组LH治疗前为(7.69±1.08)mIU/ml,高于治疗后(6.91±0.93)mIU/ml,两组治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),治疗组治疗后LH低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组月经第3天Phoenixin-14治疗前(32.90±9.68)ng/ml,高于治疗后(30.78±8.83)ng/ml,治疗组Phoenixin-14治疗前(32.84±3.72)ng/ml,高于治疗后(26.44±3.62)ng/ml,两组治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),治疗后治疗组Phoenixin-14低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组HCG注射日E_(2)治疗前为(185.18±37.19)pg/ml,低于治疗后(196.13±27.83)pg/ml,治疗组HCG注射日E_(2)治疗前为(188.18±22.31)ng/ml,低于治疗后(240.09±41.06)ng/ml,两组治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组HCG注射日E_(2)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论补肾活血方可以有效改善Phoenixin-14水平及HCG注射日卵泡雌激素水平,从而提高卵子质量。 Objective To investigate the effects of Bushen Huoxue Recipe on Phoenixin-14,luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))levels and follicular development in ovulation-promoting patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 60 ovulation-promoting patients aged 25-40 years old who attended the Gynaecologic Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhejiang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2018 to September 2020 and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.The Phoenixin-14,LH,E_(2) levels and follicular development in two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results On day 3 of menstruation,the LH level in the control group was(7.68±1.09)mIU/ml before treatment,which was higher than that of(7.35±0.95)mIU/ml after treatment.The LH level in the treatment group was(7.69±1.08)mIU/ml before treatment,which was higher than that of(6.91±0.93)mIU/ml after treatment.There were statistically significant differences in the LH levels of both groups before and after treatment(P<0.001).Meanwhile,the LH level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).On day 3 of menstruation,the phoenixin-14 level in the control group was(32.90±9.68)ng/ml before treatment,which was higher than that of(30.78±8.83)ng/ml after treatment.The phoenixin-14 level in the treatment group was(32.84±3.72)ng/ml before treatment,which was higher than that of(26.44±3.62)ng/ml after treatment.There were statistically significant differences in the Phoenixin-14 levels of both gro ups before and after treatment(P<0.001).Meanwhile,the Phoenixin-14 level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).On the day of human chorionic gonadotrophin(HCG)injection,the E_(2) level in the control group was(185.18±37.19)pg/ml before treatment,which was lower than that of(196.13±27.83)pg/ml after treatment.The E_(2) level in the treatment group was(188.18±22.31)ng/ml before treatment,which was lower than that of(240.09±41.06)ng/ml after treatment.There were statistically significant differences in the E_(2) levels of both groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the E_(2) level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion The Bushen Huoxue Recipe can effectively improve the Phoenixin-14 level and follicular estrogen level on the day of HCG injection,thus improving the ova quality.
