Icon渗透树脂与Bifluorid 12在预防活动义齿基牙敏感中的应用对比研究

Comparison of Icon permeable resin and Bifluorid 12 in preventing sensitivity of removable denture abutment

目的探讨Icon渗透树脂及Bifluorid 12在预防活动义齿基牙敏感中的应用对比。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月就诊于西南医科大学附属口腔医院修复科就诊并符合条件患者共90例作为实验对象,按随机分组的方式分为三组,A组为对照组使用生理盐水处理基牙,B组使用Bifluorid 12处理基牙,C组使用Icon渗透树脂处理基牙,使用Schiff冷空气敏感指数评价,分别记录基牙处理前、处理后即刻、义齿佩戴后3个月、义齿佩戴后6个月及义齿佩戴后1年基牙的敏感情况,最后分析数据得出结论。结果组间比较,处理后即刻及3个月后复诊,B、C两组的低敏感度评分患牙例数明显多于A组,但B、C两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。6个月后复诊及戴牙后1年复诊,C组冷空气敏感指数等级为0级和1级的牙数多于B组。组内比较,B、C两组处理后即刻高敏感度评分患牙例数明显较术前降低,该效果B组维持至戴牙后6个月而C组则维持至戴牙后1年。结论预防性使用Icon渗透树脂与Bifluorid 12均能有效改善及预防活动义齿佩戴后的基牙敏感症状,且Icon渗透树脂能起到更长效的作用。

Objective To compare the Icon permeable resin and Bifluorid 12 in prevention of sensitivity of removable denture abutment.Methods A total of 90 eligible patients who visited the Department of Prosthodontics in Hospital of Stomatology Southwest Medical University from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into three groups.To treat abutments,the group A(control group)were given normal saline,the groups B were given Bifluorid 12,and the group C were given Icon permeable resin.The sensitivities of abutment before treatment,immediately after treatment,3 months after denture wearing,half a year after denture wearing and 1 year after denture wearing were recorded with the Schiff cold air sensitivity index.The results were analyzed.Results The number of teeth with low sensitivity score in group B and C was significantly more than that in group A,but the difference between group B and C was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The number of teeth with cold air sensitivity index grade 0 and grade 1 in group C was more than that in group B.In group comparison,the number of teeth with high sensitivity score immediately after treatment in group B and C was significantly lower than that before operation.This effect in group B was maintained until 6 months after tooth wearing,while that in group C was maintained until 1 year after tooth wearing.Conclusion Preventive application of Icon permeable resin and Bifluorid 12 was effective in improving and preventing the sensitive symptoms of the abutments after removable denture abutment wearing.Icon permeable resin has a longer effect.
