阿维A联合中药治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果

Clinical effect of acitretin combined with traditional Chinese medicine on psoriasis vulgaris

目的观察阿维A联合中药治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月山东省枣庄市立医院收治的82例寻常型银屑病患者作为研究对象,根据电脑随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组各41例。对照组给予阿维A胶囊进行治疗,观察组在对照组阿维A胶囊的基础上给予自拟方中药凉血润肤汤进行治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗有效率、复发情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后病情积分均较治疗前有所降低(P<0.001),观察组患者治疗后病情积分下降幅度更大且明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组患者3个月、6个月内的复发率低于对照组,总复发率为14.63%,明显低于对照组的36.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗的总有效率为90.24%,明显高于对照组的70.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿维A联合中药治疗寻常型银屑病,虽然对于不良反应发生情况无明显改善,但能够有效改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效率和临床治疗效果,降低患者的复发率,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acitretin combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 82 patients with psoriasis vulgaris who were admitted to Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital in Shandong Province from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group(n=41)and the observation group(n=41)according to computer random method.The control group was treated with acitretin capsule.The observation group was additively given the self-prepared prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,Liangxue Runfu Decoction for treatment,on the basis of acitretin capsule in the control group.The clinical therapeutic effect,effective rate,recurrence and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the disease scores in both groups decreased more significnatly than that before treatment(P<0.001),and the disease score in the observation group decreased more significantly than that in the control g roup(P<0.001).The recurrence in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group at 3 months and 6 months after treatment,and the total recurrence rate in the observation group was 14.63%,which was also significantly lower than that of 36.59%in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.24%,which was significantly higher than that of 70.73%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris,the combination of acitretin and traditional Chinese medicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the treatment efficiency and clinical treatment effect,and reduce the recurrence rate of patients,although it cannot significantly reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.Therefore,it is worth promoting.
