基于德尔菲法构建中医院实习护生临床教学质量双向评价体系

Construction of a bidirectional evaluation system of clinical teaching quality for nursing trainees in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals based on Delphi method

目的探讨如何基于德尔菲法构建中医院实习护生临床教学质量评价体系,促进临床护理教学质量的提高。方法本研究于2020年2月至2021年2月通过查阅文献及课题组讨论,构建评价指标体系条目池,运用德尔菲法进行二轮专家函询,确定最终评价指标体系。结果最终形成“中医院实习护生临床教学质量双向评价体系”,两轮函询问卷的有效回收率别为95.45%和100.00%。两轮专家意见Kendall和谐系数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),最终形成“中医院实习护生对临床教学质量的评价指标”,共包含70项,其中一级指标5项,二级指标21项,三级指标44项;“中医院带教老师对护生实习质量的评价指标”,共包含51项,其中一级指标4项,二级指标15项,三级指标32项。结论基于德尔菲法构建的中医院实习护生临床教学质量双向评价体系指标科学、可靠,为中医院实习护生临床教学质量的评价提供新方式。

Objective To explore how to construct an evaluation system of clinical teaching quality for nursing trainees in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hospitals based on the Delphi method and to promote the improvement of the quality of clinical nursing teaching.Methods This study was conducted from February 2020 to February 2021 by reviewing the literature and subject group discussion to construct an evaluation indicator system item pool and applying the Delphi method for two rounds of expert correspondence to determine the final evaluation indicator system.Results The"bidirectional evaluation system of clinical teaching quality for nursing trainees in TCM hospitals"was formed.The effective collection rates of two rounds of correspondence questionnaires were 95.45%and 100.00%respectively.There was a significant difference in Kendall′s harmoy coefficient between the two rounds of expert correspondence(P<0.05),which eventually formed the"evaluation indicators of clinical practice quality by nursing trainees in TCM hospitals",containing 70 items,including 5 primary indicators,21 secondary indicators,and 44 tertiary indicators;and the"evaluation indicators of clinical practice quality for nursing trainees by clinical teachers in TCM hospitals",containing51 items,including 4 primary indicators,15 secondary indicators,and 32 for tertiary indicators.Conclusion The bidirectional evaluation indicator system of clinical teaching quality of nursing trainees in TCM hospitals constructed based on the Delphi method is scientific and reliable.It provides a new way to evaluate clinical teaching quality of nursing trainees in TCM hospotals.
