基于经筋理论针刺治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究进展

Clinical study advances of acupuncture for knee osteoarthritis based on meridian sinew theory

经筋是十二经脉之气结、聚、散、络于筋肉、关节的体系,是经络理论的重要组成部分。基于经筋理论的针刺治疗方案在临床不断应用,大量的临床研究也证实基于经筋理论的针刺治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效确切,具有非常重要的应用和推广价值。本文主要围绕经筋理论,阐述从经筋角度认识膝骨关节炎,基于经筋理论的诊查方法在膝骨关节炎中的运用及膝骨关节炎的经筋病变规律,总结近年来基于经筋理论的不同针刺方法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究成果,以便更好的指导临床治疗。

Meridian sinew is the system of the qi stagnating,gathering,dispersing,and collateralizing in the sinews,muscles and joints of twelve meridians,and is an important part of the meridian and collateral theory.Acupuncture treatment based on the meridian sinew theory has been continuously applied in clinical practice,and a large number of clinical studies have also confirmed that acupuncture based on the meridian sinew theory has a definite clinical efficacy for knee osteoarthritis,which has very important application and promotion value.Based on the meridian sinew theory,this paper expounds the understanding of knee osteoarthritis from the perspective of meridian sinew,the application of diagnosis methods based on meridian sinew theory in knee osteoarthritis and the law of meridian sinew lesions of knee osteoarthritis.In addition,this paper summarizes the clinical study achievements of different acupuncture methods based on meridian sinew theory for knee osteoarthritis in recent years,so as to provide better guidance for clinical treatment.
