基于微信群建立病例档案培养学生自主学习的研究——《以功能解剖学》为例

A Study on the Establishment of Case Files Based on WeChat Group to Cultivate Students'Autonomous Learning-Taking Functional Anatomy as an Example

摘要 目的观察微信群建立病例档案对学生自主学习能力的影响。方法选取2019年9月—2020年9月该校功能解剖学1班学生50名,2班学生50名,将1班学生作为观察组,将2班学生作为对照组,观察组应用微信群建立病例档案,培养学生的自主学习能力;对照组行常规教学,观察微信群应用效果。结果干预后,观察组理论成绩为(90.32±5.62)分,实验成绩为(76.26±13.21)分,与对照组的(87.26±8.26)分、(69.65±15.66)分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学习动机、学习设置、自我调节、自主学习得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自主学习能力高于对照组,学习习惯养成情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用微信群建立病例档案,有利于提升功能解剖学学生的自主学习能力,帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯,提升学生学习成绩。 Objective To observe the influence of WeChat group establishment of case files on students'autonomous learning ability.Methods From September 2019 to September 2020,50 students from class 1 and 50 students from class 2 of functional anatomy in the school were selected.The students in class 1 were used as the observation group,and the students in class 2 were used as the control group.The observation group used WeChat group to establish case files to cultivate students'autonomous learning ability;the control group received routine teaching and to observe the application effect of WeChat group.Results After the intervention,the theoretical score of the observation group was(90.32±5.62)points,and the experimental score was(76.26±13.21)points.Compared with the scores of(87.26±8.26)points and(69.65±15.66)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning motivation,learning settings,self-regulation,and autonomous learning in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The autonomous learning ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the learning habit formation was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat group to establish case files is conducive to improving the autonomous learning ability of functional anatomy students,helping students to develop good study habits,and improving students'academic performance.
