高频教学反馈对住院医师神经阻滞学习曲线的影响研究

摘要 目的研究高频教学反馈对住院医师神经阻滞学习曲线的影响。方法选择2019年1月—2021年8月在阿克苏地区第一人民医院参加规范化培训的20名住院医师为研究对象,使用随机数表法将其分为观察组(10名)和对照组(10名),对两组进行超声引导神经阻滞知识培训,制作神经阻滞模型后,两组均进行25次B超引导的神经阻滞。观察组给予高频反馈,即每次操作试验后进行1次教学反馈;对照组给予低频反馈,仅在训练结束时进行一次教学反馈。比较两组教学效果评价、教学满意度、并对住院医师进行理论考核、临床分析能力考核、临床操作考核,记录教学前后两组住院医师的考核成绩。结果与对照组相比,观察组在提高学习效率、减少操作失误、增强住院医师信心、增强住院医师操作能力方面的得分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组对该次教学非常满意率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后,两组理论考核、临床分析能力考核成绩均有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后,与对照组相比,观察组理论考核、临床分析能力考核、临床操作考核成绩较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频教学反馈用于超声引导神经阻滞的培训中有利于提高住院医师的学习效率、增强住院医师信心,并有利于增强其理论基础、临床分析和临床操作能力。 Objective To study the effect of high frequency teaching feedback on the learning curve of resident nerve block.Methods 20 resident physicians who participated in standardized training in the First People's Hospital of Aksu Region from January 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group(10 persons)and control group(10 persons)using random number table method.The two groups were trained on the knowledge of ultrasound-guided nerve block.After the nerve block model was made,both groups underwent 25 times of B-ultrasound-guided nerve block.The observation group was given high-frequency feedback,that was,one teaching feedback after each operation test.The control group was given low-frequency feedback,and only one teaching feedback at the end of the training.The teaching effect evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and the theoretical assessment,clinical analysis ability assessment,and clinical operation assessment were conducted for the residents,and the assessment results of the residents before and after the teaching were recorded.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group scored higher in improving learning efficiency,reducing operational errors,enhancing residents'confidence,and enhancing residents'ability to operate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group was very satisfied with the teaching,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the teaching,the theoretical assessment and clinical analysis ability assessment scores of the two groups were improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,compared with the control group,the observation group had higher scores in theoretical assessment,clinical analysis ability assessment and clinical operation assessment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of high-frequency teaching feedback in the training of ultrasound-guided nerve block is beneficial to improve the learning efficiency of residents,enhance the confidence of residents,and is beneficial to enhance their theoretical basis,clinical analysis and clinical operation ability.
