7S管理在省级以上疾控系统检验检测实验室中的应用探讨

疾控系统实验室是从事卫生检验检测并为社会出具公正数据的实验室,实验室管理水平的高低直接影响到疾控系统实验室的运行效率和技术能力。该文结合省级以上疾控系统检验检测实验室的特点和现状,从影响实验室管理的人、机、料、法、环等多角度出发,引入7S管理理念,阐述了实验室管理中“整理是基础、整顿是前提、清扫是保障、清洁是重点、素养是关键、节约是效率、安全是目的”的管理模式,7S管理作为资质认定的有益补充,对推进疾控系统实验室管理的制度化、规范化、标准化和科学化发展,提高实验室管理的水平和效率,起到了极为重要的作用。

The CDC laboratory is a laboratory that engages in health inspection and testing and issues fair data for the society.The level of laboratory management directly affects the operational efficiency and technical capabilities of the disease control system laboratory.This paper introduces the 7S management concept from the perspectives of man,machine,material,method,and environment that affect laboratory management,combining the characteristics and status quo of the inspection and testing laboratories for disease control systems at or above the provincial level.The management mode of"organization is the foundation,rectification is the premise,cleaning is the guarantee,cleaning is the key,literacy is the key,saving is the efficiency,and safety is the purpose"in the laboratory management is expounded.As a useful supplement to qualification certification,7S management plays an extremely important role in promoting the institutionalization,standardization,standardization and scientific development of laboratory management in the disease control system,and improving the level and efficiency of laboratory management.
