基于物联网技术的无纸化电子病案管理系统应用于病案管理中对病案质量的影响

The Impact of the Application of the Paperless Electronic Medical Record Management System Based on the Internet of Things Technology on the Quality of Medical Records in the Management of Medical Records

目的探讨基于物联网技术的无纸化电子病案管理系统应用于病案管理中对病案质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2019年1—12月医院收治的该院内科接受管理的122份病案,2019年1—7月采取传统常规病案管理的61份病案划分为常规组,2019年8—12月采取基于物联网技术的无纸化电子病案管理系统的61份病案划分为观察组。对比病案管理情况,并对比医护人员满意度。结果观察组病案返修率均低于常规组,病案管理规范率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医护人员满意度评分高于常规组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于物联网技术的无纸化电子病案管理系统应用于病案管理中,提高病案质量,且能提高医护人员满意度,值得医疗机构推广应用。

Objective To explore the impact of the application of the paperless electronic medical record management system based on the Internet of Things technology on the quality of medical records.Methods A retrospective analysis of 122 medical records of internal medicine in the hospital admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019.61 medical records with traditional routine medical record management from January 2019 were divided into routine groups.From Augest to December 2019,61 medical records that adopted the paperless electronic medical record management system based on Internet of Things technology were divided into observation groups.Compare the management of medical records and compare the satisfaction of medical staff.Results The repair rate of medical records in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group,and the standardized rate of medical record management was higher than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction score of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The paperless electronic medical record management system based on Internet of Things technology is applied in medical record management to improve the quality of medical records.And it can improve the satisfaction of medical staff,which is worthy of promotion and application in medical institutions.
