多种质量管理工具在检验科生物安全管理中的应用

Application of Various Quality Management Tools in Laboratory Biosafety Management

目的将以多种质量管理工具为主的安全管理模式用于检验科生物安全管理中,观察其在生物安全管理中的作用。方法选取2021年1—8月淄博市张店区妇幼保健院检验科32名工作人员。随机分为两组,其中16名工作人员实施以多种质量管理工具为主的安全管理模式为观察组,另外16名工作人员实施普通的安全管理模式为对照组。对比两组满意度及管理质量。结果观察组满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组管理质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组管理质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.840、7.214、7.152、6.467、5.699,P<0.05)。结论以多种质量管理工具为主的安全管理模式用于检验科生物安全管理中,提高了满意度及管理质量,值得推广。

Objective To apply a safety management model based on a variety of quality management tools to the biosafety management of the laboratory department,and to observe its role in biosafety management.Methods From January to August 2021,32 staff in the laboratory department of Zhangdian maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zibo City were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,of which 16 staff members implemented the safety management mode based on a variety of quality management tools as the observation group,and the other 16 staff members implemented the general safety management mode as the control group.The satisfaction and the management quality of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of management quality between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the management quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.840,7.214,7.152,6.467,5.699,P<0.05).Conclusion The safety management mode based on a variety of quality management tools is used in the laboratory biosafety management,which improves the satisfaction and management quality,and is worthy of promotion.
