关于“分组PBL”在腰椎间盘突出症单病种临床教学中的应用分析

摘要 目的研究“分组PBL”在腰椎间盘突出症单病种临床教学中的应用效果。方法选择2017年10月—2019年8月到该院实习的60名学生作为该次研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组30名。对照组给予常规教学模式,研究组给予分组PBL教学模式,对比两组学生考试成绩、教学满意度。结果研究组学生考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生对教学方式满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分组PBL在腰椎间盘突出症单病种临床教学当中应用有明显优势,可以提高学生的综合能力,更符合临床教学需求。 Objective To study the effect of"grouping PBL"in clinical teaching of single disease of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods A total of 60 students who came to the hospital for internships from October 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the subjects of the study,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 30 students in each group.The control group was given the conventional teaching mode,and the study group was given the group PBL teaching mode.The test scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared.Results The test scores of the students in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the students in the study group were more satisfied with the teaching methods than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of grouped PBL in the clinical teaching of single disease of lumbar disc herniation has obvious advantages,it can improve the comprehensive ability of students,and is more in line with the needs of clinical teaching.
