Application of Delphi Method to Construct a Hierarchical and Graded Training Index System for Infant Nurses

目的规范0~3岁婴幼儿照护者培训,以育婴师为例制定0~3岁婴幼儿照护者培训体系。方法采用分层整群抽样法于2020年1—7月在湖南省长沙市的6个辖区中随机选取1个辖区和此辖区的5个社区,通过问卷调查及质性访谈了解长沙市的育婴师培训现状与需求,组建专家小组讨论形成初步的培训指标,结合德尔菲法(Delphi)对培训指标进行筛选修改。结果最终形成了包括5个一级指标、19个二级指标和106个三级指标的育婴师培训指标体系和育婴师分层分级培训内容分配表。结论基于现状和需求构建育婴师分层分级培训体系,有助于规范0~3岁婴幼儿照护者培训,提高育婴师的职业能力。

Objective To standardize the training of caregivers of infants and young children aged 0-3 years,and formulate a training system for the caregivers of infants and young children aged 0-3 years by taking baby nurses as an example.Methods Used the method of stratified cluster sampling,from January to July 2020,1 jurisdiction and 5 communities in this jurisdiction were randomly selected from 6 jurisdictions in Changsha City,Hunan Province.Through questionnaires and qualitative interviews,learned about the current situation and needs of nursery training in Changsha,formed an expert group to discuss and formed preliminary training indicators,and combined the Delphi method to screen and revise the training indicators.Results Finally,a training index system for babysitters,including 5 first-level indicators,19 second-level indicators and 106 third-level indicators,and a training content distribution table for stratified and graded training for babysitters were formed.Conclusion Based on the current situation and needs,the establishment of a hierarchical and graded training system for babysitters will help to standardize the training of caregivers of infants and young children aged 0-3 years and improve the professional ability of babysitters.
