2019—2021年某院住院患者麻醉药品应用情况分析

Analysis of the Application of Narcotic Drugs in Inpatients in the Hospital from 2019 to 2021

目的评价该院住院患者麻醉药品的应用情况和用药趋势,为麻醉药品的合理应用提供参考。方法统计该院2018年9月—2021年8月计算机管理系统中关于麻醉药品的数据,对药品的消耗量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、序号比(B/A)、日均费用(DDC)等按年度进行统计处理和分析。结果住院患者麻醉药品的销售金额逐年增长,3年来销售金额排前5位的是注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼、枸橼酸舒芬太尼针、盐酸羟考酮缓释片(10、40 mg)和芬太尼透皮贴;注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼、盐酸羟考酮缓释片(10 mg)和芬太尼透皮贴的DDDs逐年递增,且排序稳定;注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼、枸橼酸舒芬太尼针、盐酸羟考酮缓释片(10、40 mg)的DDC值偏高;注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼的B/A值=1.00。结论某院住院患者麻醉药品的应用基本合理,但仍然存在不足,需要进一步改进。

Objective To evaluate the application and trend of narcotic drugs in inpatients in the hospital,and to provide reference for the rational application of narcotic drugs.Methods The data about narcotic drugs in the computer management system of the hospital from September 2018 to August 2021 were counted.Statistical processing and analysis were carried out on an annual basis on the consumption,sales amount,frequency of medication(DDDs),serial number ratio(B/A),and average daily cost(DDC).Results The sales amount of narcotic drugs for inpatients increased year by year.The top five sales in the past three years are remifentanil hydrochloride for injection,sufentanil citrate injection,oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets(10 mg,40 mg)and fentanyl transdermal patch.The DDDs of remifentanil hydrochloride for injection,oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablet(10 mg)and fentanyl transdermal patch increased year by year,and the ranking was stable.The DDC values of remifentanil hydrochloride for injection,sufentanil citrate injection,and oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets(10 mg,40 mg)were high.The B/A value of remifentanil hydrochloride for injection=1.00.Conclusion The application of narcotic drugs in the hospital is basically reasonable,but there are still deficiencies that need further improvement.
